Mosaic Wooden Birds

Workshop Description

During the workshop, you will be taught the process of mosaics. You will be given a choice of precut wooden birds—these are all handmade and unique. You will be shown how to shape tiles using mosaic nippers and how to apply these to the wooden template. Application of grout is the final stage to complete your beautiful birds. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. Please provide own lunch. All materials will be provided, including: Wooden bird templates Varied mosaic glass tiles Tile adhesive Grout Adhesive spatula Mosaic Nippers Safety goggles Gloves Apron You will be able to take your work at the end of the workshop to display in your home or gift to a loved one! Guidance will be given throughout the workshop, alongside written instructions and examples to inspire you. Session time - 6hr (10am-4pm)
